Customer Care Officer (Government Account)
- Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 2 years) of any Bachelor or associate course
- With at least six (6) months experience as a Contact Center agent or as a frontliner in a government agency
- Has sufficient knowledge and skill in using a computer
- Proficient in both English and Filipino, both oral and written communication
- Passion to help customers with their queries and complaints
- With good handling and active listening skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant degree
- Excellent knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical skills in identifying and resolving financial discrepancies
- Professional experience as accountant, including leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLookups and pivot tables
- CPA or CMA certification an advantage
