The founders and other key people of Pilipinas Teleserv

Jun S. Yupitun
Managing Director and Founder
Jun has more than a decade of experience in innovative business process design and implementation, as well as call center set-up and management. He designed the successful bid to land key Philippine government accounts which formed Pilipinas Teleserv’s core clientele. Prior to Pilipinas Teleserv, he was general manager of PIASI, a BPO that specializes in appointment systems, back office and customer support for embassies. Jun is a co-founder of Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), member of the Philippine Academy of Sakya Board of Trustees as well as the Alumni Association Board. He is licensed electronics and communications engineer gained from De La Salle University. In 2010, he was given The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) award for entrepreneurship.

Jeffrey M. Villanueva
Director for Administration and Finance
Jeff’s experience and skill in optimizing the power of the internet as a medium allows Teleserv to innovate and create a competitive advantage over other teleservices firms. He is a web programmer and designer and holds a degree in Business Administration – Computer Application from the De La Salle University. Jeff is Pilipinas Teleserv’s Director for Administration and Finance.

Raffy S. David
Director
Raffy has a wealth of experience in service quality improvement and customer satisfaction consulting.
A respected pioneer in the Philippine contact centers, he co-founded Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) where he currently serves as Chairman. In the last decade, Raffy has successfully mounted for CCAP the International Contact Center Conference and Expo (ICCCE), the largest gathering of industry professionals and experts in the world. Raffy’s passion is motorsports, and competes competitively in motoring events. His entrepreneurial spirit achieved for him success in the restaurant business. Raffy took up Masters in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management. He holds a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management from De La Salle University.

Maria Lourdes B. Bermio
HR and Senior Operations Head
Malou oversees the human resources for Pilipinas Teleserv and ensures that profiling, hiring, and quality are held up to the highest standard for all Teleserv clients and projects. She has more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, employee services, and project management. As the Senior Operations Head, she is responsible for creating policies to help achieve strategic goals and coordinate business operations to fulfill customer or client expectations. She oversees the operational activities and ensures that the workforce is productive, ensuring that staff are all aware of operational best practices.

Miguel T. Ocampo
Head of Business Development and Administrative Support
Mickey is responsible for identifying and acquiring new potential business opportunities for Pilipinas Teleserv, as well as servicing as an intermediary between the client and the Teleserv Project Implementation Team until handover to the designated operations group. He also has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in sales, marketing, account management, and business development in the BPO industry.

Sally Yaya
Training and Employee Engagement Head
Sally ensures that quality and training are held up to the highest standards for all of Teleserv’s clients and projects. She oversees the training programs to ensure that the demands of different projects are satisfied through effective training methods and solutions. She is responsible for aligning the training programs and activities with core business objectives and empowering a learning-focused organizational culture. Sally is also committed to the implementation of the organization’s policies, development of performance benefits, and strengthening the employer-employee relationship through employee engagement and promoting workplace discipline.

Bryan Zarzuela
IT Head
Bryan develops solutions that increase efficiency and productivity of Teleserv’s operations. From the infrastructure to the actual systems that run on top of them, he leads Teleserv’s various IT departments to meet the requirements of its campaigns. His priority is information security and data protection.

Ronald Allan De Vera
Marketing Head
As Marketing Head, Ronnie is responsible for researching, developing, crafting, and implementing new and tested marketing plans for the company’s various services. Over the years, Ronnie has gained experience in team management, business planning, search engine optimization, online marketing, events management, and customer support.

Nilo Yambot Jr.
Operations Head
As one of the Heads of Operations, Nilo is responsible in overseeing one of the company’s biggest accounts and has been very instrumental in maintaining a strong professional relationship with the clients. With the right strategies, he ensures regulatory compliance, and proper management of systems implementation. Nilo’s top objective is to set the seal on the customer service we provide to our customers and clients making them always above the standards. He is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
